As someone who has shown us great support in sharing our mission throughout Milford and surrounding areas, we are excited to inform you that our organization, Bodie’s Place, Inc has been approved as a tax exempt non profit organization.  Therefore, we are now exempt from Federal Income tax, under section 501(3)c  of the Internal Revenue code and with this status, corporations, private citizens, and community groups may support our mission and receive the full tax deduction for their donations. We greatly appreciate the support you have shown us in the past and are hopeful you will be able to continue spreading the word of our dream to create an all-accessible Boundless Playground at Eisenhower Park, Milford.  By building such a playground in Milford, we will be able to develop a community meeting place and playground for all people no matter their unique abilities and interests.

I am happy to share all the great progress that has been made this past year toward our goal.  Thank you for your assistance and interest in our project.
